  • Facilitate or promote illegal activities
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Store or process stolen data or information obtained illegally
  • Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices

3.3 Harmful Content

  • Distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Distribute content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
  • Distribute sexually explicit material or content involving minors
  • Impersonate any person or entity

3.4 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Send unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or communications
  • Use the Service to harvest email addresses or personal information
  • Distribute chain letters, pyramid schemes, or similar content

3.5 System Abuse

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
  • Consume excessive resources that degrade service for other users
  • Resell, redistribute, or share access to the Service without authorisation
  • Use the Service in a way that interferes with other users' enjoyment of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

4. Fair Use

Lifetime Deal and subscription access is subject to fair use limits. We reserve the right to define and enforce reasonable usage limits to ensure service quality for all users.

Examples of usage that may exceed fair use include:

  • Automated or scripted access that generates excessive API calls or requests
  • Storage of excessively large amounts of data disproportionate to normal use
  • Activity patterns consistent with reselling or sharing access with unauthorised users
  • Any usage that materially degrades performance for other users

If your usage exceeds fair use limits, we will attempt to contact you before taking action. However, we reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate access immediately if necessary to protect the Service.

5. Your Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, create, or store using the Service ("Your Content"). You must ensure Your Content does not violate this policy, infringe third-party rights, or breach any applicable laws.

We do not actively monitor Your Content but reserve the right to review and remove content that violates this policy.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to us at info@furtherforward.co.uk. We take reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Warning and request to cease the prohibited activity

  • Permanent termination of access without refund

  • Legal action to recover damages or enforce our rights

The action taken will depend on the severity and nature of the violation. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate at our sole discretion.

We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities and comply with court orders requiring the disclosure of information or content related to illegal activities.
